Terms of service
Who we are. AIOnyxWorks is currently operated by its founder as a sole proprietorship, doing business as AIOnyxWorks. A limited liability company is being formed; on formation, these terms and all obligations under them assign to that entity.
- The catalog is browsable by anyone. Free-tier items are usable at no cost.
- Paid items are licensed for your use, not for redistribution or resale.
- Delivered copies are watermarked to the recipient. Sharing a purchased copy is traceable and is a breach of these terms.
- Versions are immutable: the version you obtain never changes underneath you.
- We may add, reprice or withdraw items; anything you already hold stays yours under the terms it was obtained under.
Privacy
- We collect the minimum: an email address when you create an account (required for any download) or join a waitlist, and payment records handled by Stripe (card details never touch our servers).
- Site analytics are cookieless and aggregate. Our own event log records event names only — no IP addresses, no device fingerprints, no tracking identifiers.
- We do not sell or share your data. Emails are used for the thing you gave them for, and for launch updates you can opt out of with one click.
- Ask us to delete your data at any time: founders@aionyx.works.
Refunds
- Prelaunch offer: refundable in full, any time before launch, no questions asked. Email founders@aionyx.works from the address you paid with.
- One-time purchases (V3–V4): if a delivered item doesn't do what its listing says, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it.
- Subscriptions: cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds.
